About Us
Sacred Workplaces walks alongside organizations on this journey, guiding them to embrace Indigenous cultural safety and decolonize their human resources practices and workplace. With a deep understanding of the historical and ongoing impacts of settler colonialism, we work to dismantle the systemic barriers that Indigenous Peoples and equity-deserving groups face in the workplace. We align our work with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), ensuring that human resource practices actively contribute to the healing, empowerment, and centring of Indigenous and equity-deserving voices. Together, we will build workplaces that honour the principles of cultural safety, humility, respect, and Indigenous sovereignty — transforming the workplace.
